摘要
针对自由燃烧的电弧建立了二维稳态的轴对称模型,研究了电弧的传热和流体流动,计算了电弧温度场和速度场的分布等重要的物理数据.有助于理解焊接电弧的物理特性和指导实际应用.方程的求解采用的是以SAMPLE算法为基础编写的通用热流计算软件PHOENICS.计算的条件为电弧电流200A,弧长10mm,氩气作保护气体.计算得到的电弧温度场与文献测量结果吻合良好.压力场、流体速度和电势的计算结果与文献计算结果相一致.
A steady two-dimensional(2D) axisymmetric model is developed for investigating the heat transfer and fluid flows in a free burning arc.Many important data such as velocity and temperature field within the arc is calculated,which will bring about convenience in understanding the physical meaning and pointing out practical application of the arc.Equations are solved by using a general thermofluid-dynamical computer program,PHOENICS code,which is based on the SAMPLE algorithm.Calculations are per formed for the arc with argon protection at current of 200 A and length of 10 mm.Calculated arc temperature field is in good agreement with experimental measurement and other calculated results existed in References.The results of arc pressure field, fluid velocity field,and electric potentials are identical with the results in literature.
