摘要
阐述了管件液压成形的基本概念及其优点,介绍了在汽车制造领域中的应用,综述了管件液压成形技术的研究成果,重点介绍材料、塑性失稳、加载路径优化、预成形等问题;讨论了应用研究中进一步的发展方向。
In this paper,the basic concepts and advantages of the tube hydroforming process technology(THF)are described first.Then,the current application and the latest research processes of THF in automobile industry are summarized.Mainly on the materials,the plastic unbalance,the optimum of load-path,preforming and so on are focused.Finally,the development trend of THF application is analyzed.
