摘要
本文论述了我国不动产登记类型体系的主要缺失,并提出了建立登记请求权制度、预告登记制度、总登记制度、更名登记制度、迳为登记制度、不动产租赁登记制度、农村土地承包经营权登记制度等登记制度类型,从而形成我国完善的不动产登记制度体系的建议。
On the premise of analyzing the imperfections in the registered system of real estate of China, the paper gives some proposals for improving this system, including the establishment of: systems of request for register; system of heralding register; systems for general register; systems for change of name register; systems of real estate lease register; systems of rural land contract for the managerial right register.
