摘要
目的 :对黔北引种射干 (以下简称引种射干 )发生变异进行实验检验。方法 :经引种射干与正品射干 (以下简称射干 )在基源、性状、薄层色谱、紫外光谱、高效液相色谱的对比实验。结果 :基源相同 ,但引种射干质量与射干质量标准规定有差异。结论 :引种射干的取舍还需作进一步研究。
Ojective:To vertify the variation of Shegan transplanted from northern Qian.Methods:The transplanted Shegan and the quality Shegan were contrasted by derivation,character,TLC,UV,HPLC.Result:Their derivation were the same place,but the transplanted Shengan was different from the quality standard.Conclusion:The transplanted Shegan should be deeper research whether it could accept or reject.
