摘要
用剥落分离法采集胡桃楸(Juglansmandshurica)、落叶松(Larixgmelinii)纯林及其混交林根际与非根际土壤,并研究了pH及有效养分含量特性.结果表明:(1)非根际土壤pH及有效N、Mn、Cu含量表现为:胡桃楸纯林>混交林>落叶松纯林,而有效P、K、Fe、Zn含量则表现为:落叶松纯林>混交林>胡桃楸纯林;(2)各树种根际土壤pH一般小于其相应非根际土,而有效N、P、K、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn含量一般均高于非根际土,具有相对累积的趋势;(3)各林分根际土pH及有效N、Mn、Cu含量高低顺序为:胡桃楸纯林>混交胡桃楸>混交落叶松>落叶松纯林,混交后落叶松根际营养状况较其纯林明显改善;各林分根际土有效P、K、Fe、Zn含量顺序为:落叶松纯林>混交林落叶松>混交林胡桃楸>胡桃楸纯林,混交后胡桃楸根际营养状况较其纯林明显改善.
The rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil were sampled in the pure and mixed plantations of Juglans mandshurica and Larix gmelinii by peeling the adheing soil of the roots,and the characterstics of pH and the contents of the available nutrients were studied. The results were as follows: (1)For the non-rhizosphere soils the pH values and the contents of the available N、Mn、Cu showed the pure plantation of Juglans mandshurica>the mixed plantation>the pure plantation of Larix gmelinii,and the contents of the available P、K、Fe、Zn showed the pure plantation of Larix gmelinii>the mixed plantation>the pure plantation of Juglans mandshurica;(2)Generally,the pH values in rhizosphere soils were lower than in the non-rhizosphere soils,and the contents of availble N、P、K、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn were higher than those in the non-rhizosphere soils;(3)For the rhizosphere soils,the pH value and the contents of available N、Mn、Cu showed the pure plantation of Juglans mandshurica>Juglans mandshurica in the mixed plantation> Larix gmelinii in the mixed plantation>the pure plantation of Larix gmelinii,the nutrient status in the rhizosphere soil of Larix gmelinii in the mixed plantation was ameliorated;the contents of available P、K、Fe、Zn showed the pure plantation of Larix gmelinii>Larix gmelinii in the mixed plantation> Juglans mandshurica in the mixed plantation>the pure plantation of Juglans mandshurica,the nutrient status in the rhizosphere soil of Juglans mandshurica in the mixed plantation was ameliorated.
