摘要
阐述了“第一要务”与伦理道德相互依赖的共生关系及其本质上的同源性。目的是在特定历史场域中对“发展是第一要务”进行伦理的审视;强调实践主体在履行“第一要务”的手段选择上应增强道德责任感,以实现经济、生态、精神“三维发展”,避免陷入在发展中威胁发展的悖论。
