摘要
笔者认为 :在一些中学教师中存在着职业倦怠现象 ,表现为情绪上的倦怠感、较低的成就感、教师厌教感、心理疾患多等 ,教师职业倦怠的产生是教师工作压力、福利待遇、社会地位诸多因素综合作用的结果 ,缓解教师职业倦怠必须从教育机制、社会期待、主体心理等方面入手。
This article states that languid emotion among high school teachers are the feeling of boredom, fruitless, and uneasiness. This article suggests that the languidness is the consequence of working pressure, low welfare, and disagreeable social position. It puts forward that in order to improve high school teachers' work efficiency to outgrow the languidness, we should take into consideration the compulsory education mechanism, social expectation, and the subjects' psychology.
