摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法在同一体系中测定烟叶中的铜、铁含量 ,方法简单 ,精密度和灵敏度高 ,相对标准偏差为 0 92 % - 3 12 % ,回收率为 10 4 2 4 % - 97 5 3% .
Continuous determination method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry in the same system has been studied for Cu,Fe in tobacco.The results show that the precision and sensitivity of the method that is simple are high.RSD is 0 92%-3 12%.The recovery is 104 24%-97 53%.
