摘要
在 4 0kt/a硫磺回收装置上采用还原、吸收、再循环 (RAR)的尾气处理技术 ,对尾气中的硫再回收 ,并与 12 0 0kt/a柴油加氢精制装置配套 ,对其富胺溶剂进行再生。装置的标定数据表明 ,总硫回收率达 99.86 % ,比使用RAR技术前提高 6 .6 5个百分点 ;排放尾气中的SO2 含量为0 .2 7t/d ,远低于国家新的排放标准。对装置开工中的影响因素进行了分析 ,并提出了相应的处理方法 ,强调了必须改进尾气加氢反应温度控制系统。
A tail gas treating technology, reduction-absorption-recycle (RAR), was applied in the 40kt/a sulfur recovery unit for further recovering the sulfur in tail gas. The regeneration of amine-enriched solvent was combined with the 1200kt/a diesel hydrotreating unit. The commissioning data of the unit showed that the total sulfur recovery rate reached 99.86%, which increased by 6.65 percentages comparing with the original without RAR. The SO 2 content in its exhaust gas was 0.27t/d, which was far lower than the new national exhaust standard. The influence factors in unit startup were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed, it was emphasized that the temperature control system for tail gas hydrogenation should be improved.
