摘要
采用衍生化法将催化裂化汽油中的元素硫转化成相应的三苯膦硫化物 ,在带有磷滤光片的火焰光度检测器的气相色谱仪上进行检测 ,解决了元素硫沸点高无法用色谱法分析的问题。所用磷滤光片不受其它有机硫化物的干扰。本方法的测量范围为 0 .1~ 30 μg/ g ,重复试验数据的分散程度很小 (3%以内 )。对于催化裂化汽油中元素硫的测定准确度高 ,重复性好 ,时间短 ,操作简单。
The elemental sulfur in FCC naphtha was converted into corresponding triphenyl phosphine sulfide and detected using gas chromatography with flame photometer which was equipped phosphor-filter. This method solved the problem to detect elemental sulfur being of high boiling point by gas chromatography and avoided the interference of organic sulfide. It could detect elemental sulfur in the range of 0.1-30μg/g, and the experimental dispersity was confined within 3%. It also had some advantages, such as simple, speediness, high precision and good repeatability, in detecting the elemental sulfur of FCC naphtha.
