摘要
在测定炉水中SiO2 含量时 ,硅钼蓝比色法中的还原剂由 1-氨基 - 2 -萘酚 - 4 -磺酸改为抗坏血酸。经过多次实验 ,确定最佳条件为 :测定波长 785nm ,溶液酸度 0 .0 5~ 0 .4 0mol/mL ,10 %钼酸铵用量 2mL并放置 5min ,2 %抗坏血酸用量 2mL并放置 10min。在上述条件下 ,工作曲线呈现良好的线性关系 ,且结果令人满意。
In the determination of SiO_2 content in boiler water,the reducing agent in the silicon-molybdenum blue colorimetry is changed from 1-amino-2-naphthol- 4-sulfonic acid to ascorbic acid. After several experiments the optimum conditions are ascertained: wave length for determination 785 nm,acidity of solution 0.05~0.40 mol/mL,quantity of 10% ammonium molybdate to be used 2 mL with standing for 5 min,quantity of 2% ascorbic acid to be used 2 mL with standing for 10 min. Under the above conditions the working curve shows an excellent linear relationship,and the results are satisfactory.
