摘要
目的 :探讨智力低下的常见病因及预防措施。方法 :对泰安市连续 4年经医学鉴定确诊的 6 13例智力低下病残儿进行分析。结果 :6 13例智力低下患儿中轻型 112例 ,重型 5 0 1例。在病因分类中产前、产时、产后因素分别占其构成比的 36 .7%、 2 9.85 %和 13.2 1% ,有 2 0 .2 3%原因不明。结论 :加强孕期保健 ,提高产科质量 ,积极防治后天获得性疾病 。
Objective:To explore the common causes and preventive methods of mental retardation.Methods:613 children with mental retardation who have been diagnosed in these 4 years were analysed in Taian city.Results:In these 613 children,112 are in light state and 501 are in heavy state.The antenatal element,the element during delivery and the postpartum element accounts for 36.7%,29.8% and 13.21% respectively,while the rest 20.23% have no clear causes.Conclusion:The key to prevent mental retardation is to strengthen the pregnancy health care,to raise the obstetrical quality,to prevent and control acquired disease positively and early education of children.
