摘要
随着国家医疗体制改革的不断深入,以及我军体制编制的调整改革,军队医院的发展正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战并存的新形势。如何推进医院快速发展,进一步提升卫勤保障实力,高质量地做好为兵服务工作,是军队医院管理者亟待研究和解决的问题。本文从以下方面进行了探讨:①实施品牌经营、规模经营、优质经营、特色经营和人才经营战略,是军队医院适应市场经济的必然手段,与时俱进和求真务实是确保医院建设健康发展的根本保障。②军队医院对社会开放,在市场竞争中求得发展,在为民众服务中不断锤炼技术队伍,是为了不断提高医院的综合实力,创造良好的保障条件,更好地为兵服务、为部队服务。积极“适应市场”是手段,确保“服务战场”是根本。要搞好为兵服务工作,必须做到“感情上尽情,医疗上尽责,制度上落实,经费上保障”。
Facing the national medical system adjustment, acceding the WTO and adjustment of our army establishment, the development of military hospital is facing a new situation including both chance and challenge. So the managers in military hospital must study and solve the questions to promote the hospital development rapidly and heighten the health support ability. First, Strategy of brand, scale, quality, character and talents is the necessary means of adopting to market economy for military hospital, and progressing with the times and seeking truth is a basic guarantee for hospital development. Second, It is a good guarantee for military hospital in serving the army and heighten the comprehensive ability to open to the society and to benefit from social competition. 'to adopt to market' is a measure and 'to serve the battlefield 'is a basis. It is necessary to serve the army well with'deep emotion, high medical duty, well implementation and sufficient funds'.
