单核细胞增生李斯特菌是一种能引起人畜共患的食源性致病菌之一。近年来 ,在许多国家 ,它被列为卫生部门重点检测的几种食源性致病菌之一。本文综述了单核细胞增生李斯特菌的生理生化特征、分布、污染途径、危害与流行病学概况和检测方法。
Listeria monocytogenes is a kind of the foodborn disease bacteria that can be found in human and animals. It has been listed as one of major foodborn disease bacteria by Sanitation Department for hygienic detections in many countries. This article summarizes the physiological and biochemical characteristics, distribution, sources of contamination, hazard and the detections methods of listeria monocytogenes.
