摘要
介绍了3.5m×13m型水泥磨电控系统的构成和设计要点。该系统以可编程控制器和单片机为控制核心,实现了对主电机、辅助电机及主电机润滑站、主减速机润滑站、主轴承端润滑站的自动控制,并能对主轴承温度进行实时显示和超限控制。系统采用了高压开关柜加液体电阻起动柜的方式,保证了高压主电机的带载启动和安全运行。磨机采用三级操作方式,并加入静止式进相器,实现了与总厂集散型控制系统的联接及功率因数的提高,构成了水泥磨的升级换代产品。
An electric-driving control system of Ф3.5 meter×13 meter cement mill is introduced.This system uses the programmable controller and microcontroller as control center.It can automatically control the main motor,assistant motor and lubricate stations of main motor,assistant motor,main headstock.It also can real-time display the temperature of main headstock and stop milling when temperature is too high. This system adopts the methods of high voltage control cabinet and starting cabinet using water resistance so that starting with heavy load of main motor and running safty is ensured.Three-stage operation method and static compensation instrument are used so that connecting with the distributed control system and raising power factor is achieved.Thus cement mill of a new type is developed.
