尼莫地平对大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤脑组织中总钙含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨尼莫地平 (Nimodipine)对缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (HII)大鼠脑组织钙含量的影响 ,为尼莫地平在临床应用于HII的治疗提供实验依据。方法 将 6 0只Wistar大鼠随机分为 4组 :假手术组、缺氧缺血组 (HII组 )、缺氧缺血前组 (HII前组 ) ,缺氧缺血后组 (HII后组 )。在HII前、后治疗组均给予尼莫地平静脉注射 ,观察不同时间脑组织中总钙 (TCa)含量变化。结果 与假手术组比较 ,HII组脑组织中总钙含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而HII前治疗组则较HII组要明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;HII后治疗组也较HII组下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 尼莫地平可降低HII脑组织中钙的水平 。 Objective To study the effect of calcium channel blockers on total calcium content of cerebral tissue in rats with cerebral hypoxic-ischemic injury(HII),and provide experimental basis for clinical application of nimodipine.Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:(1)the false surgical group,(2)the hypoxic-ischemic injury group(HII group),(3)the pretreatment group ,(4)the post-treatment group.The nimodipine was intraperitioneally administered to observe the change of total calcium(TCa)levels in the pretreatment group or the post-treatment group at different times.Results Compared with the false surgical group,TCa increase significantly in HII group .The TCa decrease evidently more in the pretreatment group and the post-treatment group than those in HII group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine can decrease calcium levels and has some protective roles against hypoxic ischemia injury.
