摘要目的　研究盐酸氨溴索注射液对慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)的治疗作用。方法　 4 1例COPD随机分为 2组 ,对照组 2 1例给予抗感染、镇咳、平喘、吸氧治疗 ;治疗组 2 0例在此基础上 ,加用盐酸氨溴索注射液 30mg ,每 8h静脉推注 1次 ,共用 7～ 15d。结果　治疗组总有效率为 90 % ,对照组为 6 1.9% ,明显高于对照组。治疗组治疗后PaO2 明显高于治疗前 ,PaCO2 明显低于治疗前 ,与对照组有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
