摘要
目的 观察中药麻黄葛根汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法 观察组132例服用麻黄葛根汤,对照组146例应用抗生素治疗。疗程结束后随访半年,比较两组疗效。结果 观察组总有效率85.6％,对照组为88.3％,两组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论 麻黄葛根汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效与抗生素治疗者相近,但较使用化学药物安全。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Ephedra and Pueraria Decoction(EPD) on chronic sinusitis. Methods 278 cases with chronic sinusitis were included in this study,with 132 cases in treating group(TG) treated by EPD and 146 cases in controlling one (CG) treated by routine antibiotic therapy. After the end of therapy,all the cases were followed up for more than six months. Then,a comparison was made between the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic effects of them. Results The total effective rate was 85. 6% in TG and it was 88.3% in CG,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusions Although the therapeutic effects of EPD on chronic sinusitis were basically similar to that of routine antibiotic therapy,it may be a safer therapy with EPD than the routine antibiotic therapy in clinic for a longed period of therapeutic course.
