在小型间歇式反应釜内,进行了文题的试验,考察了降低反应温度和压力的可能性。发现煤种影响虽不如煤直接液化那样敏感,但选择合适煤种仍是重要的。在440℃、18MPa(冷初压6MPa)、60min和加赤泥催化剂时,以依兰煤和阿拉伯减压渣油为原料进行混合加工,石脑油产率21%,重油产率36%,后者平均分子量为291,400℃热失重率65.2%,Ni和V的脱除率分别达81.0%和97.2%。
In a 100mL bench-scale autoclave and under different reaction conditions, a series of co-processing experiments of Chinese low-rank bituminous coals and petroleum vacuum residues were carried out, focusing on the feasibility of low severity conditions. It was found that the influence of coal samples is not so sensitive for co-processing as for coal direct liquefaction, but a careful selection of coal feedstock is still important. Under following conditions: 440℃, 18MPa(H_2 under initial pressure 6MPa), 60min, with Bayer red mud and Na_2S as catalyst, Yilan coal and Arabian vacuum residue as feedstock, the yields of naphtha and heavy oil are 21% and 36% respectively. The latter has an average molecular weight of 291 and its thermal weight loss at 400℃ reaches to 65.2%. After co-processing treatment 81.0% of Ni and 97.2% of Ⅴ were removed, favouring the post-processing of heavy oil.
