摘要
主要介绍了低合金空冷贝氏体铸钢的成分、组织和性能 ,这种材料具有优良的强韧性和耐磨性 ,以廉价的Si、Mn、Cr为主要合金元素 ,加入少量V、Ti、B、稀土进行微合金化和变质处理 ,在空冷淬火条件下 ,获得了综合性能优良的贝氏体组织。用于制造破碎非金属矿的颚板和研磨矿粉的磨机衬板 ,使用寿命比高锰钢提高 1.5~ 3 .0倍 ,用于制造球磨机磨球 ,磨耗比普通锻钢球和低铬铸铁球低 70 %~ 90 % ,与高铬铸铁球相当 ,用于制造矿粉输送管道 ,寿命比 16Mn钢提高 3~ 4倍。低合金空冷贝氏体铸钢生产工艺简单 ,贵重合金元素加入量少 ,生产成本低 ,应用于矿山行业 ,可明显提高破磨设备运转率 ,降低矿粉加工成本。
In the paper, the composition, structures and properties of low alloy bainitic cast steel is introduced, its bainitic cast steel has high strength, toughness and wear-resistance and low alloy bainitic cast steel contains suitable Si, Mn and Cr and trace amount of V, Ti, B and rare earth(RE)has high hardness and toughness in air quenching. jaw plate in jaw crusher and ball mill liner made from low alloy bainitic cast steel have long service life, its service life is 1.5~3.0 times longer than high manganese steel's. The wear amount of low alloy bainitic cast steel ball is 70%~90% lower than that of common forging steel ball and low Chromium cast iron boll, nearing that of high Chromium cast iron ball. While using in the pipe transporting mine powder, the service of low alloy bainitic cast steel is 3~4 times longer than that of 16Mn. Low alloy bainitic cast steel has simple production process, small valuable alloy adding mount and low production cost, using in the metal mine, the equipment production rate is evidently increased, the processing cost of mine powder is decreased.
