摘要
分析了YJ19型卷烟机烙铁温度控制精度低和响应时间长问题的原因:温控器不能及时得到烙铁状态的变化并进行调整。采用预测法对温度控制过程进行了理论分析和实验研究,通过对暂态过程的变化预测,提高了烙铁温度的控制精度,缩短了响应时间。
The causes of lower control precision of and longer response time heater temperature control in YJ19 cigarette making machine were analyzed: temperature controller was unable to discern the change of heater's status promptly which delayed quick response. The control process was analyzed theoretically and tested using a forecast method. The control precision of heater temperature was improved and the response time was shortened by forecast-ing the change of transient process.
