摘要
本文采用一维拟均相单参数模型研究了低雷诺数下,以改性分子筛为填料的吸附床层中的非稳态传热,测算出床层中的有效导热系数,并回归出床层中心轴线上达到指定温度所需时间与柱径之间的关系式,与实验数据吻合良好,为参数泵吸附分离工艺的放大提供了可靠的依据,也为低雷诺数下填充床中的传热研究提供了有益的参考。
The effective thermal conductivity with fluid flow in the packed bed is mea-
sured and unsteady heat transfer in the adsorption bed is studied by a single layer mo-
del.The formula used to calculate the time to reach a certain temperature in the axis i(?)
also obtained.The experimental data well coincide with the results of the calculation.
They are useful for the scaling up of parametric pumping and valuable for the study of
the heat transfer in the packed bed with low Reynold number.
