摘要
建立了盐酸雷洛昔芬原料药有关物质的测定方法。采用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱(5μm,6mm×150mm),以乙腈-0.05mol/L乙酸铵(3∶7)为流动相,检测波长286nm。结果表明,盐酸雷洛昔芬主峰与各杂质峰分离度好。
The HPLC method for determination related substances of raloxifene hydrochloride raw medicine are established. The chromatographic column(5μm,6 mm×150 mm)filled with the octodecyl-binded silica gel is used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate (3∶7), at the detection wavelength of 286 nm. The result shows that the main peak can be nicely separated from the impurity peak in raloxifene hydrochloride.
