抗原提呈细胞与天然免疫应答 被引量：1

摘要 抗原提呈细胞(APC)和自然杀伤细胞(NK)被激活后产生多种致炎细胞因子,如IL12、IFNγ和NO,它们在抗胞内病原体感染的天然免疫应答中起着极其重要的作用。本文阐述APC产生的细胞因子在天然免疫应答中的作用和天然免疫细胞因子对APC功能的调节作用。
