摘要
针对某型柴油机排气噪声频谱特性,设计了一种新型阻抗复合式排气消声器.采用流体计算软件Fluent对消声器的阻力损失进行了仿真计算,提出了减少阻力损失的方案,用声学软件SYSNOISE中的有限元法对传递损失进行了仿真计算,并对该消声器模拟样器在无气流状态下的声学性能进行了试验研究.理论与实验结果均表明,所设计的排气消声器在柴油机排气噪声需考虑的频带内,消声量可达25dB(A).
The design process of a new type of exhaust silencer for some diesel engine models was discussed.Pressure loss of the muffler was emulated and calculated with FLUENT software, and the scheme with less pressure loss was brought forward. The silencer's transmission loss was also calculated with acoustical software SYSNOISE which carried on the finite element method. Finally an experiment was done to measure the silencer's inserting loss in condition without airflow.The results of emulation and experiment shows that in the whole frequencies considered of the diesel engine, this design can achieve the acoustic reduction of 25dB(A).
