摘要
目的 探讨肩锁关节严重脱位后的不同手术术式的选择。方法 回顾性分析 34例肩锁关节脱位Ⅲ型患者的临床资料 ,按照统一标准 ,结果分为优、良、可、差四级 ,总结其术后疗效。结果 34例患者中 ,优 2 6例 ,良 5例 ,可 2例 ,差 1例 ,肩锁关节功能恢复率达 91%。结论 对肩锁关节脱位Ⅲ型的病例 ,在手术中 ,如果关节盘碎裂以切除为宜 ;对关节盘完整的病例 ,主要以修复维持肩锁关节稳定的结构为主 。
Objective To investigate the operative treatment on the bad dislocation of acromioclavicular joint. Methods According to the identical standard,34 cases with Ⅲ ° dislocation of acromioclavicular joint were analyzed retrospectively. Results The excellent and good results were in 31 cases (91%).The fair was in 2 and poor was l cases.The cracked aiscus articularis must be cut.It’s not important that good aiscus articularis is conserved or no. Conclusion With the bad dislocation of acromioclavicular joint,it must be cut if the aiscus articularis is cracked in the operation. To repair the structure of acromioclavicular joint is main if the aiscus articularis is good.
