摘要 讨论了汽轮发电机组的常见故障在振动信号中所反映出的一些特征,以及这些特征所表现出的不确定性问题.提出了一种模糊性假设的统计检验方法并应用于随机模糊性振动特征的自动识别中. The vibration features due to different faults in turboalternators are very important to fault diagnosis. However, since the vibration signal is a random one and the vibration feature is fuzzy in concept, the vibration feature exhibits simultaneously both randomness and fuzzi-ness. After a discussion on the vibrating feature due to commonly found faults in turboalternators, it is suggested that the vibration features be classified as variable and stable ones. By the introduction of the concept of probability for a fuzzy event, the problem of automatic formation of fault symptoms set can be transformed into one of statistical inspection on fuzzy hypothesis and the interval estimation. It is shown that the method proposed is feasible.
