摘要
在联网收费道路网中 ,通行费额仅与联网收费道路网的入出口点和车型有关。鉴于此 ,本文提出了一种基于收费道路网的入出口点收费的多车型多准则的固定需求交通均衡配流模型。针对联网收费道路网中的路径阻抗非路段可加的特性 ,本文采用了路网变化的方法 ,将实际路网转化成路径阻抗具有路段可加特性的网络 ,再使用传统的Frank Wolfe的模型求解方法。算例计算结果表明 ,该模型在估算路段流量、收费入口 -出口对流量、网络总出行费用等方面较单车型均衡配流模型更接近于实际。
Toll charges only depend on entry-exit points and vehicle types in network toll highway, owing to this, we propose a kind of fixed need model of multi-vehicle type and multi-criteria traffic equilibrium assignment in network highway with entry-exit based toll charges in this paper,and in respect that path cost is not link-additive in the model, this article convert the actual network to a link-additive characteristic network,then apply traditional Frank-Wolfe algorithm to solve it. The result of numerical example indicate that this model is more close to fact than the single-vehicle type equilibrium model in the aspects of estimating link flows,toll entry-exit pair flows, network travelling expenses totally etc.
