摘要
针对新时期病案管理的特点,作用和要求,病案管理人员必须更新理念,以人为本,提高整体综合素质,增强法制意识,强化病案资源为社会服务态度的观念,变被动管理为主动服务,充分发挥病案信息资源的作用。
For the characters,functions and requests of the medical record management in this new time,the medical record practitioners have to update their concept,improve their unitary qualities,enhance awareness of law and strengthen the idea of using the resources of the medical records to serve the society,turn the passive management into avtive service and exert the effect of medical records resource.
