摘要
通过正交试验研究制备阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥材料。结果表明:阿利特和硫铝酸钡钙矿物能够共存于同一熟料体系,这为合成阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥材料奠定了重要基础;对该熟料力学性能影响程度最大的因素是矿物设计比例,其次是做烧温度,各因素的最佳水平分别为矿物设计比例C_3S:C_2S:C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3S=15:15:65,煅烧温度为1350℃,Fe_2O_3掺加量为1%,CaF_2掺加量为2%;同时,在最佳水平条件下制备的熟料1d,3d和28d抗压强度分别达到51.7MPa,77.0MPa和79.5MPa,展现出良好的早期力学性能。同时利用XRD和SEM-EDS对熟料矿物组成及结构进行了分析。
A preparation technology of alite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate (C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3S) cement material
was researched in this paper. The experiments show that alite and C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3S can coexist in a system, which estab-
lished the foundation of the composite cement material. The primary factor influencing the mechanical performance of the
clinker is the proportion of minerals, burning temperature is the second ary factor. The minerals hare optimum level
when C_3S: C_2S: C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3S is in the ratio of 15: 15: 65 and the burning temperature is 1350℃. The contents of Fe_2O_3
and CaF_2 are 1.0 wt% and 2. 0wt% in the clinker respectively. Under the condition of the optimum level, the com-
pressive strength of the clinker is 51. 7, 77 and 79. 5MPa in curing ages of ld, 3d and 28d, which exhibits the good
performance of high-early strength. Moreover, the component and structure of the clinker were analyzed by means of
XRD and SEM-EDS.
