摘要
目前在进行项目投资决策时,投资回收期、净现值、内部收益率等评价指标是单独使用,忽视了这些指标间的联系,从而导致大量的决策失误.本文提出了基于综合权重的投资决策模型,该模型通过熵权综合考虑了各指标间的关系,再结合主观权重计算出各指标的综合权重,从而得出各投资方案的综合属性度,弥补了这些指标使用上的局限性,为最终选择最优方案提供了可靠的决策依据.
Now in the investment decision-making of many projects, the evaluation index is used separately, in the return of investment, the net present value, and in the internal rate of return ignoring the affiliation of the evaluation index. Aiming at these problems, this text put forward the investment decision-making model which is based on the comprehensive weight, this model considers the relation of all index comprehensively, and calculates the comprehensive weight of all index, then gets the comprehensive attribute of all schemes. The article, by using this method makes up the defect of all indexes and provides the credible gist for the best scheme chosen.
