摘要
针对直馏柴油加氢精制反应器床层压降过快增长的原因进行了分析,采取了增设原料过滤器和聚结器、反应器撇头清除杂质、换热器吹扫等措施,实践证明,这些方法切实可行,效果较好。并针对现况提出了存在问题和建议。
The causes of too fast increase of the pressure drop across the hydrofining reactor in Luoyang Company were presented. Measures to deal with this problem, such as the addition of feedstock filter and coalescer, the adoption of top skimming of the catalyst bed to remove contaminants in the reactor as well as purging heat exchanger etc. were presented. The practice has proved these measures are practical and results satisfactory. And the problem were presented according to the situation.
