摘要
利用成品油管道顺序输送的计算机离线优化仿真软件,可以安全、高效地使管道正常运营。分析了复杂成品油管道系统所有可能的工艺过程及管道沿线油品市场需求等因素,应用最优化理论建立了成品油管道优化运行数学模型,并用动态规划方法进行求解,同时编制了相应的优化运行软件。用该软件对兰-成-渝成品油管道的投产和当前的运行状况进行了优化模拟分析。利用该模型设计出了油品运移分输图、最优配泵方案和站场压力设置方案,可为管道运营预测提供可靠的依据。
The off-line optimal simulation software is helpful for successful and efficient operation of a complicated long-distance multi-product pipeline. The operating characteristics of almost all proposed configuration of pipe and equipment in a multi-product pipeline and the demands for products in the markets along the pipeline were analyzed. A mathematical model was developed and the corresponding software was programmed using the optimization theory. The application of the software in Lan-Cheng-Yu multi-product pipeline shows that the diagram of batch movement, the optimal configuration of pumps and the pressure-setting plan of the stations obtained from the model are available for the prediction of multi-product pipeline operation.
