摘要
用免疫组化ABC法检测甲状腺良恶性肿瘤组织中Galectin3蛋白的表达,发现甲状腺癌组织的表达率明显高于癌旁组织、结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺腺瘤组织的表达率,提示Galectin3蛋白是甲状腺癌,尤其是滤泡上皮起源的甲状腺癌的良好的肿瘤指标,有一定的临床应用价值。
Galectin-3 protein expression was assayed by immunohistochemical method in benign and malignant thyroid tumors. The result showed that the majority of thyroid carcinomas expressed galectin-3 protein. In contrast, few benign thyroid adenomas and multinodular goiters expressed this protein. Thus, galectin-3 may be used as a marker of malignancy in thyroid tumors.
