摘要
本文通过大型抽锭式电渣炉生产钢锭的渣皮逐层物化检测,提出在钢锭凝固过程中,在其上周缘存在着"环状微渣池"的观点."微渣池"的形状和稳定性影响着钢锭渣皮厚度的变化和钢锭表面质量.同时认为,对于抽锭式重熔过程来讲,结晶器与钢锭之间的相对移动,实际上是接触钢锭表面的渣壳内侧渣璧相对于被拉裂的与结晶器接触的渣壳外侧渣壁的剪切运动.因此,使用凝固温度区间大的"长渣"和适当降低抽锭速度可保证抽锭过程顺利进行和获得较好的钢锭表面质量.
The results of chemical analysis,petrographic analysis and melting point measurement of several sublayers of the slag skin of large scale ESR ingots show that the'ring shaped miniature slag pool'is formed around the upper edge of the solidified ingot during the ESR process in ingot retracting or mould raising practice.The shape and stability of the 'miniature slag pool'affect the thickness of slag skin and the ESR ingot surface quality.The movement of the water-cooled mould relative to the ingot is essentially the shear shift of the inwall of slag crust adhered to the ingot surface relative to the outer wall of slag crust which is in contact with the mould and breaks under the shear.Therefore,using the so-called'long slag'which has a wide range of solidifying point and reducing the rate of ingot withdrawal or mould lifting in the collar mould operation are effective measures for smooth operation of the ESR process and good quality of ingot surface.
