摘要
目的 研究广西鼠疫菌生化特性 ,确定该地区鼠疫疫源地的性质。方法 包括糖醇酵解试验、毒力因子检测、脱氮反应、营养需求等 ,采用Kado温和法提取质粒。结果 广西鼠疫菌对麦芽糖、阿胶糖酵解 ,而对鼠李糖、甘油不酵解。毒力因子 (pgm) 6株阳性 ,5株弱阳性、4株阴性。 3 1株鼠疫菌经质粒图谱分析 ,其中 2株菌缺失 65MD ,1株菌携带111MD大质粒 ,其余均含有 4、6、45和 65MD质粒。结论 按中国鼠疫菌生态分型标准 。
Objective To confrm the biological characterization,plasmid and the kind of natural focus and to test the virulence of Yersinia pestis isolated form Guangxi.Methods Using glycolysis,denitrogenation.toxicity analysis and nutrition requirement to determine chemical characterization and Kado methods to measure plasmids of Yersinia pestis.Results 15 strains of Yersinia pestis does not glycolysas for rhamnose and glycerine,but maltose and araban.Of 15 strains of Yersinia pestis,6 of them are strong positive for pigmentation(Pgm+),5 feeble positive and 4 pigmentation-deficient(Pgm-).All of 31 strains carry 3 kinds of plasmids with 4,6 and 45 MD.Of these,29 strains carry plasmid of 65 MD.two strains is lack of 65 MD.One of the lacks of 65 MD contains 111 MD.Conclusions Based on the plasmid profile,the epidemic of plague in Guangxi could be the same plague foci as that in Yunnan,China.
