摘要
针对催化裂化装置先进控制难于长期投运的缺点,提出了一种基于OPC的数据采集技术和NLJ随机搜索算法,应用内模控制原理,对催化裂化PID控制回路进行参数优化的方法。实际应用结果表明,该方法操作简便实用,效果明显,可以为类似催化裂化装置的复杂控制系统的优化和先进控制提供一种新思路。
A novel PID optimization method is proposed to deal with the shortcoming of some software in FCCU cannot long time running. The method was based on OPC technique, NLJ search procedure and IMC control principle for optimizing the parameters of PID control loops. Practical application showed that the method was simple, practical, economical and easy, which provided a new idea for the optimization of complicate control system and advanced control similar to FCCU.
