摘要
本文以管壳式换热器的第二定律分析和(?)经济评价为基础,提出了换热器费用方程。以此方程为目标函数,解出了管壳侧同时优化的参数,并开发了相应的可用于设计的优化选型程序,进而导出了最优传热温差关系式。
Based on the second law analysis and exergy-economic evaluation of shell-and-tube heat exchanger, a heat exchanger cost equation is obtained. Taking the equation as the objective function, parameters for simultaneously optimization of both shell and tube sides has been carried out, and mode-opting computer program has been developed to be used for practical design. Further, a correlation of the optimum heat-exchange temperature difference is derived.
