他汀类药物与动脉粥样硬化斑块进展
摘要
他汀类药物可有效降低血液低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,延缓动脉粥样硬化进展。本文简要介绍了动脉粥样硬化的形成机制、斑块的影像学检测方法及他汀类药物促进斑块消退的作用机制,并就他汀类药物对斑块影响的影像学检测与临床疗效研究进行综述,以期进一步为此类药物的临床应用提供参考。
