摘要
目的 :研究兔面听神经复合体小脑脑桥角段的血供及兔内耳的动脉供应。方法 :对 6只兔角听神经复合体小脑脑桥角段内部血管进行观察 ,对另 6只兔面听神经复合体小脑脑桥角段周围的血管进行显微解剖。结果 :兔面听神经复合体横断面可见小动脉、小静脉及毛细血管。兔每侧面听神经复合体小脑脑桥角段周围有 2～ 4支小动脉进入内听道 ,互相吻合。结论 :兔面听神经复合体小脑脑桥段内部血管与周围血管相联系 ,共同营养神经 。
Objective: To study the blood supply for the cetrebellopontine angle segment of rabbit facial-acoustic nerve complex and the rabbit inner ear.Methods:The vessels in the cerebellopontine angle segment of the facial-acoustic nerve complex were observed on 6 rabbits (12 sides).The vessels around the cerebellopontine angle segment of the facial-acoustic nerve complex were microdissected in another 6 rabbits (12 sides). Results: In the facial-acoustic nerve complex,arterioles,venules and capillaries were sparsely distributed.There were 2-4 arteries around the cerebellopontine angle segment of the facial-acoustic nerve complex entering the inner acoustic meatus in each side.The arteries were connected with each other.Conclusion:The arteries around and in the cerebellopontine angle segment of rabbit facial-acoustic nerve complex connects with each other,and they supply blood for the cerebellopontine angle segment of the facial-acoustic nerve complex and the inner ear.
