摘要
目的 :对比刺络拔罐配合艾灸与西药治疗头颈部带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 35例在大椎等穴以及出疱疹处运用梅花针刺络拔罐并配合艾灸等治疗 ;对照组 35例采取静脉滴注阿昔洛韦及外用阿昔洛韦霜治疗。 结果 :7天后治疗组愈显率为 85 7% ,优于对照组的 5 1 4 % (P <0 0 1) ,且治疗组治疗 3天后重、中度疼痛缓解率也明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :刺络拔罐疗法配合艾灸等治疗头颈部带状疱疹 ,止痛明显 ,疗效显著 。
Objective To compare clinical therapeutic effects of pricking blood plus cupping combined with moxibustion and western medicine on herpes zoster on the head and neck. Methods The treatment group ( n =35) were treated by pricking blood and cupping at Dazhui (GV 14),etc. and the area of herpes zoster, in combination with moxibustion; the control group ( n =35) were treated by intravenous drip and external application of acyclovir. Results After treatment of 7 days, the cured and markedly effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group, better than 51.4% in the control group ( P <0 01); and after treatment of 3 days, the pain alleviating rate for the moderate and severe pain in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group ( P <0 01).Conclusion Pricking blood and cupping combined with moxibustion have a marked effect on herpes zoster on the head and neck.
