通过聚乙二醇(PEG)与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)及丙烯酝羟乙酯(HEA)在甲苯溶剂中进行溶液聚合,合成出两端含有双键的亲水性光固化预聚物,将该预聚物与海藻酸钠水溶液以及光引发剂二苯甲酮(DPK)混合,滴加到CaCl_2水溶液中形成粒状凝胶,在紫外光照射下使之交联固化,得到具有较高凝胶强度的保水材料。考察了预聚物和DPK的用量、HEA/TDI(摩尔比)、反应温度和反应时间以及光照时间对树脂吸水率的影响,最佳的配比和光照条件为:当DPK/三乙胺/水/预聚物(质量比)=0.02/0.02/7.25/1时,对PEG-2000和PEG-4000预聚物的最佳光照时间分别为5 min和3 min;当海藻酸钠/三乙胺/水/预聚物(质量比)=0.1/0.02/4.9/1时,最佳的DPK/预聚物(质量比)和光照时间分别为0.02:1和5 min;当DPK、海藻酸钠、三乙胺和水与预聚物的质量比分别为0.033,0.375,0.033,12.1时,最佳的HEA/TDI(摩尔比)和光照时间分别是1.8:1和3 min。
A new kind of water reserving agent with higher gel strength was synthesized by 3 steps, i.e. firstly, to synthesize the prepolymer containing double bonds on both ends of the carbon chain from polyethylene glycol (PEG), toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) by solution polymerization in toluene; Secondly, to prepare the granular gel by mixing the prepolymer with sodium alginat e (SA) solution and photoinitiator diphenyl ke tone (DPK) and dropping into CaCl_2 solution;2nd finally, to crosslink the granular gel by UV irradiat on. The effects of the ratios of DPK, Trieth ylamine (TEA), SA, H_2O and prepolymer, and the rat os of HEA/TDI, polymerization temperature and time, as well as the UVirradiation time on the water-absorbancy were investigated. The optimalcompound formulation and irradiation time were obtained as follows, in the case of m(DPK)/m (TEA)/m(H_2O)/m(prepolymer) =0.02/0.02/7.25/1, the UV irradiation time is 5 min for PEG2000 and 3 min for PEG-4000 respectively; in the case of m(SA)/m(TEA)/m(H_2O)/m(prepolymer)=0.02/0.02/4.9/1, the optimal ratio of m(DPK)/m(prepolymer) and UV irradiation time are 0.02/1 and 5 rain respectively; and in the case of m(DPK)/m(SA)/m(TEA)/m(H_2O)/m(prepolymer)=0.033/0.375/0.033/12.1/1, the optimal mass ratio of HEA/TDI and UV irradiation time are 1.8/1 and 3 min respectively.
