摘要
用丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,在聚乙烯醇溶液中共聚,然后进行溶液纺丝制备出高吸水性纤维。利用二元共聚物序列链段数量分布函数、共聚物组成微分方程、共聚物组成曲线,研究了高吸水性纤维内P(AA-AM)二元共聚大分子链中两种单体的序列链段数量分布。结果表明:在AA与AM摩尔比为0.35:0.11时,大分子链上AM与AA的连接方式可能是1分子AM连接1~5分子AA。随AA中和度的增加,AA的序列链段长度递减;随反应时间的延长,AA的序列链段长度递增。
A blended superabsorbent fiber of P(AA-AM)/PVA was prepared by solution copolymerization using acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide(AM) as monomers in polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and then by wet spinning.The sequence fragment number distribution of AA and AM in copolymer P(AAAM) was studied by the binary copolymerization sequence fragment number distribution function; the differential copolymer composition equation and copolymer composition curve.The results showed that when [AA]/[AM]=0.35:0.11, 1 molecule of AM may possibly combine with 1-5 molecules of AA. The sequence fragment number of AA decrease gradually with the increase of neutralization value of AA and the sequence fragment number of AA increase gradully with the elongation of reaction time.
