摘要
本文从图书馆面临的竞争环境和管理现状出发 ,提出应加强图书馆合作管理 ,并分析了图书馆合作管理的应遵循的三个原则和应考虑的六个要素 。
Modern libraries face fierce competitions. However,the best way of them to survive is to develop full-scale cooperation between them.So the supervision of their cooperation deserves research and exploring.The paper starts with the competition circumstances and supervision actuality of libraries,and then brings forward the opinion that we should enhance cooperation as well as supervision of libraries.Meanwhile,the author analyzes three principles that libraries should follow in their cooperation and supervision as well and analyzes six factors they should take into consideration.Finally,the author puts forwards some suggestions on that in our country.
