摘要
目的 初步探索几种常用有机磷农药的环境雌激素样作用,为有机磷农药对食品污染的综合防治提供依据。方法通过MCF-7人乳腺癌细胞增殖试验,对乐果(Dimethoate)、对硫磷(Parathion)、对氧磷(Paraoxon)3种有机磷农药进行雌激素样活性研究。结果 乐果10-5 mol·L-1、10-6mol·L-1剂量组对MCF-7乳腺癌细胞的增殖指数分别为1.31±0.07、1.56±0.08,较对照组的1.00±0.14有显著差异(P<0.05);对硫磷在10-6mol·L-1、10-7mol·L-1剂量组对MCF-7细胞的增殖指数分别为1.35±0.02、1.39±0.09,与对照组相比也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 乐果、对硫磷在适宜剂量范围内有拟雌激素样作用。
Objective To investigate the environmental effects of several organophosphorus pesticides usually used,so as to provide scientific basis for comprehensive prevention from organophosphorus contamination of food. Methods The estrogenic effects of three organophosphorus pesticides, dimethoate, parathion, paraoxon were detected by assaying the proliferation of MCF - 7 human breast cancer cells. Results The proliferative indexes of MCF - 7 cells induced by dimethoate at 10-5 and 10-6mol-L-1(1 .31 ±0.07 and 1.56 ±0.08 respectively) were higher than that of control(1 .00 ±0.14, P < 0.05);those by parathion at 10-7 and 10-6mol·L-1 (1.35 ±0.02 and 1.39±0.09 respectively) were also higher than that of control(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Dimethoate, Parathion have environmental estrogenic effects at proper dose range.
