异构化菜油中共轭亚油酸的紫外分光光度法的定量 被引量:3

Quantitation of conjugated linoleic acid of isomerized rape seed oil by UV spectrophotometry

摘要 采用WFZUV-2102C型紫外分光光度计,定量分析碱性异构化菜油中共轭亚油酸的含量。在紫外区200~260nm各种不同的波长下对菜油、共轭亚油酸标准品、Tonalin共轭亚油酸和异构化菜油的吸光度进行了比较分析,结果显示紫外分光光度分析可适用于样品中共轭亚油酸同分异构体总量的定量,共轭亚油酸的特征吸收峰在230~235nm,并且在测定环境温度25℃、波长234nm处,控制待测样液中共轭亚油酸浓度不大于40μg/mL的条件下共轭亚油酸的总量与吸光度呈线性相关关系。 Absorbance measurement of rape seed oil, conjugated linoleic acid standard, Tonalin conjugated linoleic acid, and isomerized rape seed oil from 200-260 nm by WFZ UV-2102C Spectrophotometer was Compared and analysed. The results showed that UV Spectrum analysis can be used to measure the content of conjugated linoleic acid of the measured samples. Its absorbance peak is 230-235 nm. The relation between content of conjugated linoleic acid and its absorbance is shown to be linear at the content of conjugated linoleic acid of the measured samples less than 40 μg/mL, at 234 nm of wavelength and 25 ℃ of temperature.
