摘要 用60Co γ射线辐射聚合得到的丙烯酸钠预聚体,交联剂和纤维等组分共混涂饰制备厚度为150μm的吸水膜。初步研究了纤维用量、交联剂用量、反应时间对吸水膜性能的影响。结果表明:该膜的拉伸负荷横向为0.86~1.29MPa,纵向为0.75~1.15MPa;断裂伸长率横向大于105%,纵向大于100%;吸水速率约为2min,此时吸自来水倍数可达5kg/m2,吸收质量分数为0.9%NaCl溶液可达0.8kg/m2;残留交联剂降低吸液速率;该膜保水性优越。 The acrylic acid-Na was radiopolymerized with ()^(60)Co-γ ray to obtain the performed polymer,then the performed polymer,crosslinker,fiber and so on were blended to produce 150 μm absorbing water membrane by covering with coatings.The effect of the capacity of fiber,crosslinker, and of reaction time on the function of the absorbing water membrane was studied.Experiment results showed that the absorbing water membrane's transverse tensile strength is 0.86~1.29?MPa,longitudinal tensile strengthis 0.75~(1.15)?MPa;transverse break strength is more than 105%,longitudinal break strength is more than 100%;absorbing water velocity is 3?minutes.Multiple absorbing of this time can amount to 5?kg/m^2,absorbing (0.9)% NaCl aquo can amount to 0.8?kg/m^2 .The remains of crosslinkercan reduce the velocity of absorbing liquid.The keeping water capacity of absorbing water membrane is superior.
