摘要
对大容量的撞击式水煤浆雾化喷嘴进行了试验研究,分析了喷嘴运行参数和喷嘴内各主要结构参数对喷嘴流量特性的影响。经过对试验数据的分析,分别指出了各个因素的影响程度、原因及相应调节方案。对以后此类喷嘴的研究有一定的指导意义。
It tested on large-capacity ZD modal atomizer and examined the relationship between run-time parameter, structural parameter and load characteristic. According to the analysis on test data, we find out the affect degree, affect causation and optimization method of each parameter. It has certain guidance effect on future atomization research.
