摘要
直流合成绝缘子的电场法带电检测研究表明 ,合成绝缘子具有导通性内绝缘缺陷时 ,该处轴向电场分布曲线存在畸变 ,据此设计了基于旋转法的直流电场检测仪 ,并用它在实验室中研究了电场法带电检测的可行性。现场试验表明绝缘子良好时直流电场分布曲线呈“U”型 ,有导通性缺陷时曲线在缺陷部位下陷 。
The research of online detecting high voltage DC insulator based on electric field mapping is introduced. According to theoretic analysis, the electric field distribution curve of composite insulator has changed when conductive defect exist. In this paper, rotating method that is used to measure DC electric field is discussed and device is designed. The feasibility of rotating method and electric field method is studied in laboratory and real transmission line. The results show that the curve of good insulator has a waveform of 'U', but the curve of faulty insulator has aberrance. So, electric field distribution can be used to find defect of composite insulator. Rotating method can be used to measure DC electric field of insulator, and the device based on it is effective and portable.
