为解决介质阻挡型臭氧发生器电极和电源的匹配问题 ,用电极的等效电路分析了负载特性 ,同时将整个电路等效为RLC二阶电路进行分析 ,指出一定几何形状、间隙宽度和气体压力下 ,提高放电所诱发的功率有 3种方法 :运行频率高、介质薄而介电常数大、外界电压峰值高 ;
The electrode of the dielectric barrier discharge ozone generator is a kind of very special non-linear load, which has great influence on the output characteristic of power. So it is essential to design power rationally and understand electric characteristic of load of such special electrode, It is helpful to settle the match problem between power and electrode. There are three method to increase the power induced by discharge: high operation frequency, thin dielectric and large ε and high peak power voltage. The power match with electrode load requires decreasing the impact by pulse discharge current.
